Dear Parents, Guardians and Students,
We have missed our families and students so much and are looking forward to seeing students return to classes in the coming days. We would like to thank our Knights community for the patience and support that have been extended as we move through the challenges of going back to school with extra health measures, as we navigate the COVID -19 pandemic together.
HPSD is undergoing a major transformation to prepare for the launch of In-Person Classes and At Home Learning. Our school and operations, especially, have undergone significant changes to support our commitment to health, safety and wellbeing.
We know school will look very different this year. Our commitment to the safety of our students remains a priority. One of the ways HPSD and Kinuso School are planning to support this is by staggering the first week of school to allow time to effectively and safely introduce new procedures and opportunities to build familiarity with health and safety guidelines shared by Alberta Health Services, Alberta Education, and HPSD.
